Trademarking/Copyrighting

Question - Trademarking/Copyrighting = “Since everything in my business is going to be under a private business, is it necessary to trademark the name of my ministry or the products and services I offer? I recently trademarked my coaching title and was thinking of trademarking my course and the ministry as well, but I'm not sure if it's necessary now with the new business structure. Would anyone be able to sue me if they held the trademark for something and I am using the same title as one of my products? If I did trademark anything in my business would be just for the vanity of having the TM symbol?

Answer - Trademarks are public domain process. Anything you previously have Trademarked/Copyright and you want to put it under your PMA/Ministry you would just mark it down in the Trustees ministries, that you are adopting this Intellectual Property of the PMA, ultimately you are the Authority on how it is managed.  Also, do not steal other peoples logos or names, do a through search before choosing your name, it is also just confusing to the public and that is bad for marketing.
