  • Standard PMA= you get private domain protections, tax exempt for products/services/goods you sell, and would include 3-4 documents (Articles of Association, Charter/Bylaws, Member Application, and if including health/wellness work- Member Intake-Waiver). This is the only PMA that is 501a1 Tax Code.

  • FBO PMA= You get private domain protections, Constitutional protected liberties, plus invoke religious liberties protected by 1st Amendment, mandatory exception for taxes, so no reporting, no property tax, no need to charge sales & use tax, and would include 3-4 documents specifically including faith based verbiage (Articles of Association, Charter/Bylaws, Member Application, and if including health/wellness work- Member Intake-Waiver) 508c1a

  • Ministry= Mobile, Out reach, Everyday life experiences/Home/Car etc. can be covered Financially by a Ministry. You get private domain protections plus invoke religious liberties protected by 1st Amendment, plus add case law that protects ministerial rights, mandatory exception for taxes so no reporting, no property tax, no need to charge sales & use tax, can write religious exemptions, can be ordained minister and ordain other ministers to perform Ecclesiastical marriages, makes it easier to have “ministerial projects” where you could do pods, “chapters”, etc to delegate leading sub-groups to independent contracting members (formerly known in the public domain as employees), and would include 5 documents specifically including minister verbiage (Articles of Association, Charter/Bylaws, Member Application, Member Intake-Waiver, and Certification of Ministry) 508c1a

  • Church= Everything of the Ministry, plus Holds church services, Invoke religious liberties, Everyday life experiences/Home/Car etc. can be covered Financially by a Church.
