Question= Has anyone encountered busy body lawyers wanting to review Bylaws and scrutinize the “legality” of these PMAs?
How have you handled?
Answer=I told her that she would not be able to write these as it would conflict with her BAR License. And she could get rid of her BAR and learn constitutional law to help us all.
